The comfortable, bright 3 1/2 rooms single apartment (70 m2) with separate entrance is located in a rural, idyllic, quiet and sunny environment. The home is good for business people, travelers, couples, and families (max. 4 Adult or 3 Adult & 2 Children). You will stay in a fully equipped apartment (partly antique furniture) with a garden seating area (barbecue facilities available). Parking spot outside the house. Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Frauenfeld, Zurich, Airport are easily accessible.

Elsau liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Winterthur. Ländlich und doch in Stadtnähe. Besuche Winterthur mit seinen Cafés, Museen, dem Technorama oder den Musikfestivals! Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven and microwave. The coffee machine and the morning sun will help you start the day well. The garden seating area invites you to relax. The rural environment is perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Even on a leisurely evening walk.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.

The fully equipped apartment has a spacious wet room, a modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as various other amenities such as a LAN and WLAN access and a 42 inch TV. Light-flooded rooms and comfortable ventilation ensure an optimal living environment. The apartment can only be used for tourist purposes and not as a permanent residence and not as a weekly stay.
