Cozy 3 1/2 room attic apartment with southwest balcony, in the Alpsee Grünten vacation region at almost 1000 m altitude. A little off the beaten track in a quiet location, hiking trails and ski tours right in front of the house. From here you can reach both Füssen with its wonderful royal castles, as well as the ski jumping village of Oberstdorf by car in approx. 35 minutes. In the vicinity there are various adventure pools and also thermal baths to relax. Five Alps within walking distance invite you to linger.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
