How to create offerings that stand out

Keep it simple, make it scannable, and provide a range.

Think of your offerings as the menu items guests can buy from you. You’ll give each offering a name, description, photo, and price to help distinguish what you provide.

Giving guests choices

Add at least 3 offerings at different prices to give guests more options and help meet your earnings goals. The best practice is to set up offerings at entry, standard, and premium prices.

Your prices should reflect the format, complexity, and uniqueness of each offering. For example, a photographer in the US could provide a half-hour session that costs less than $50 USD, a personalized portrait session that costs between $50 USD and $150 USD, and a family session that costs more than $150 USD.

Guests looking for services on Airbnb will see your lowest price in search results. An entry offering can help attract first-time guests and generate interest in your other offerings.

Consider giving guests different times and locations to choose from as well. For example, a chef might provide an organic breakfast, farmers market lunch, and 3-course dinner, and an esthetician could offer facials at their own spa and at the guest’s home.

Provide at least 3 offerings to fit the needs and budgets of different guests.

Adding offerings

Each offering includes a title, description, and photo.

  • Title: Label your offering in a few words with specific, easy-to-understand language.
  • Description: Begin with a concise, compelling description of what’s included. Highlight certain ingredients, techniques, equipment, or materials that make the offering special. Be as specific as possible to help your offering stand out.
  • Photo: Select an image you’ve already uploaded or add a new one. Focus on one detail or person, with a plain background.

Once you’ve created your offerings, you can edit or reorder them as needed.

All hosts, photos, and listing details must meet the standards and requirements for Airbnb Services.
