The Host Advisory Board gives Hosts a seat at the table to represent the voice of the community in shaping the future with Airbnb.

Meet the members

These 23 Hosts represent the best of our community and lead by example. They’re Community Leaders, Superhost Ambassadors, Community Center members, or active in other community programs at Airbnb. They’re passionate about hosting, have made significant contributions to the Airbnb community, and have an important voice as we move forward together.

Dandara Buarque

I’m a local Community Leader and Superhost Ambassador in Maceió, Brazil. Airbnb is my great passion because it lets me interact meaningfully with so many different people and cultures.

Dolly Duran

Back in 2017, I started hosting a small studio in my Florida home to help pay the mortgage. Now I manage multiple properties and serve as a Superhost Ambassador, helping new hosts get started.

Rachel Melland

Nearly a decade after I began hosting yurts on our farm in England’s Peak District National Park, I still love seeing guests’ delight when they arrive. I’m also a Superhost Ambassador.
