Beautiful stay in picturesque Champagne! This place is 5 minutes out of the Eppernay city center and situated right on top of a vineyard and beautiful pool. The space inside is very well-done, beautiful, and equipped for a beautiful stay in Champagne. Julie is responsive and kind - will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Raymond was een schitterende gastheer, heel behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie zelf was prachtig midden in de natuur met diertjes erbij. Heel mooie en nette kamers, kortom alles was perfect. Wij komen zeker terug!

Een heerlijk verblijf voor een groep tot 8 personen. Slaapkamers en badkamers waren super. Woonkamer lekker ruim, eettafel om gemakkelijk met z’n allen aan te eten, keuken voorzien van ruim voldoende spullen voor iedereen. Zwembad met lekkere stoelen en ligbedjes. Terras om lekker te eten of zitten. Kortom, echt een heel fijn verblijf, van waaruit de champagne regio en bijv champagne route gemakkelijk te bereiken en bereizen zijn!

Pauline is an awesome host and her house is beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at her house in comfort and it was thanks to Pauline’s top tier service and care we had one of our best family vacations to date. With toddlers and an infant, Pauline equipped the house with necessities for us to take care of our kids without stress and worked with us to adjust our check-in time to accommodate our long drive to her house. From Reims we also drove to Disneyland Paris and attended the Paris Air Show, all within an easy drive from her house. The house itself was clean and orderly, the bicycles available were a game changer and my son loved that there was a bike his size to ride. My daughter loved the little fish pond in the backyard and my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed patio. If you had any thoughts of renting this property I highly recommend it. My kids told me they missed the house and we intend to visit again. Pauline is a great host and we couldn’t recommend her more.

We spent 3 nights at Eric’s Airbnb and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well done. Location was great as well and easily walkable to the avenue of champagne

Wir sagen DANKE für unseren unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei Jean Philippe. Es hat einfach alles gepasst damit wir 6 Frauen uns wohl fühlen. Selbst als wir nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern gefragt haben wurde uns Wunsch erfüllt. 5 Sterne ...weiter so. Liebe Grüße Claudia und die Mädels :-)

Entre copines, nous avons passé un super week-end. Situé proche de Reims, le logement est dans un coin calme et paisible. Le jaccuzi est un plus très sympathique ! Tout était propre, Nathalie est très réactive. Nous recommandons !! 😁

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Célia was responsive and welcoming. It’s a bit outside the centre of Reims, but easy enough to get transport.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Pascales fina hus i Saint Masmes! Vi var fyra vuxna och fem barn, och huset passade oss perfekt. Boendet var mycket fräscht, rymligt och välutrustat – både köket och utegrillen gjorde det enkelt att laga goda måltider tillsammans. Läget är idealiskt med smidig tillgång till både Épernay och Reims, vilket gjorde våra utflykter till de stora champagnehusen enkla och bekväma. Pascale var en mycket hjälpsam och vänlig värd. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle gärna återvända!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. Parkplatz hatten wir immer fast direkt vor der Tür.

Morgane is a lovely host, very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderfull stay in this beautiful house for our family weekend. If there was anything we needed, Morgane was there to help. The house is absolute gorgeous in French county style, has many different seating area's and a very cozy living room with a fire place. The garden was perfect for the BBQ. The perfect experience in Champagne!

Agréable séjour chez Odile, le logement est très propre et fonctionnel et le petit jardin avec son espace détente est très agréable.

Très belle maison au calme, très propre, confortable et très bien équipée avec tous les produits de première nécessité. Mention spéciale pour le café, le jus d'orange, le lait et les madeleines mis à disposition. Extérieur très agréable, facile pour se stationner , nous avons posé un agréable séjour entre amis. Une adresse que l'on recommande à 100%

Jolie maison, bien décorée et équipée, refaite avec goût, avec terrasse et jardin agréables. Environnement très calme, harmonieux, avec plein d'oiseaux et de chauves souris. Très nature. Seul bémol : les 2 chambres de l'étage, le grand canapé sont confortables mais le lit d'appoint de la salle de jeux n'est pas adapté au couchage d'un adulte dans de bonnes conditions. Le lave-vaisselle fonctionnait mal, nous avons lavé à la main. Sinon, tout est positif. Le voisin qui possède une champignonnière est adorable.

Een heerlijk, ruim en buitengewoon smaakvol ingericht huis!! Meer dan voldoende bestek, glazen en borden en een goed uitgeruste keuken. De matrassen waren zeer comfortabel. Een fijne buitenruimte. Het huis ligt midden in een klein dorp, met alleen een bakker. Aan de overkant van het huis bevindt zich een ruime parkeerplaats voor meerdere auto’s. Er is een slaapkamer en badkamer op de begane grond die gemakkelijk toegankelijk was met een rolstoel. De toegankelijkheid tot het huis was minder rolstoelvriendelijk omdat er een verhoging is naar de toegang. Wij hebben echt genoten van het huis en van de omgeving. Reims is dichtbij en genoeg champagne producenten in het dorp. Kortom, een aanrader voor verblijf in de Champagne streek!!
