The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

From here, all the sights and hiking trails of the Moselle are within easy reach. Perfect, private location above Reil (Reilerhals)

This a large and spacious house located on top of the hill overlooking Reil. The house has wonderful views below of the vineyards and river Mosel. Behind the house are forests. A quiet location that gives accessibility to walking in the area and with the village being a walk down through the vineyards. Please note there is not an electric charging point at the house to charge electric vehicles. If you wish to charge an electric car, please contact in advance to arrange the fee.

Discount for families - for children up to the age of 5, the extra charge per person is not applicable. Important! Please check at the time of booking: toddlers under 2 years of age. Otherwise, airbnb charges the children as paying guests! It is possible to use both bedrooms separately when booking 2 guests. Extra cost: 8,00€ / night. ( Will be charged in cash on site.) Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. This is our vacation home that we regularly stay in with our family. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need.

Apartment Weinstock with air conditioning.

A few steps to the Mosel is our sunny apartment. The old vineyard borders the large terrace and gives our apartment its name in the old village center of Reil. There are two bedrooms available, a living room, a bathroom and a complete kitchen. The bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, so the apartment is nice and cool even in high summer. From the terrace on the 2nd floor you can see both the old village road and the vineyards.
