My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. We enjoyed our stay at Laura 's place. She had everything a family could want. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood and walkable to the Mosinee Brewery and River Park. It had a big, private backyard with patio, gas firepit and furniture. We felt right at home and Laura was responsive and very, warm and friendly. She genuinely wanted us to enjoy our visit and we did. I would certainly recommend her home and stay again.

After staying at Maddie's place, I went back through the listing to see what it was rated -- and was surprised it wasn't 5-star by other reviewers. I've stayed in dozens of Airbnb properties - and this one was a winner. Clean, quiet, private, and beautiful. It was the perfect place for my husband and dog to get a bit of R&R. We took a few walks, used several of the amenities in the kitchen area, and appreciated the water pressure and temperature for the shower. And the view alone was worth 5-stars.

A modern Schlage keypad lock is mounted on a white door. The keypad displays numbers from 1 to 9, with a separate button for unlocking. A sleek black handle complements the lock's design. Light from a nearby window reflects off the door's surface.

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was even more private than I anticipated (that's not currently another rental on the other side of the fence) and the pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the grounds are. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the queen bed was comfortable. There was some traffic noise, being right off a county road, but not enough to make it not feel peaceful and quiet. I will be back!

Tessa was an amazing host for our long term need. She was always quick to respond when the power went out and when it was snowing for the driveway go be cleared. It was truly a home away from our home. She even asked if we wanted her to load some pictures on her digital picture frame. Thank you again, our family greatly appreciated it!
