Greetings, it's me, an old house in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes you will be on the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. So – you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen … I have prepared a list for you. Be so kind and read my special story under "THE ACCOMMODATION."

With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. The newly built and fully furnished apartment in 2020 offers relaxation, tranquility and modern amenities! The infrared cabin provides the necessary wellness factor. See for yourself!

Knusperhäuschen next to Bad Kleinkirchheim

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the wild stream of the same name, at about 1,100 meters above sea level! Distances: 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to the Heidi Alm, 15 km to the Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Important: Self-catering cabin - You must bring bedsheets, blanket and cushion covers, and towels!! There will be no final cleaning fee, so please leave the place clean and swept!

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hillside - within walking distance of the mountains, to the pubs and in a few minutes by car to the lake. Spacious living room with many opportunities to retreat. For a few days there has also been an outdoor sauna, which serves for relaxation after an extensive hike.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
