Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Located near the historic city center, this apartment is a perfect match for people who like to either dive into the cultural life of (UNESCO world heritage) Regensburg or enjoy nature in the opposite direction. Enjoy the parks along the river danube a.m. and a festival p.m. - because of the short distance (less than 5mins to the city center by foot) no problem!
