Parking your boat or six cars at the same time.two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full kitchen . Towel s and shampoo. Almost every thing as you need. 9 Minutes drive to HEB and Walmart. 3 min drive to the kayak entrance and the bay view. Deers always at my backyard. Birds singing with fresh ocean breeze. Close the beach.

Relaxing , peaceful area!Cozy cottage with coastal theme , private fenced yard, screened porch near Goose island state park .Perfect for birders and wade or kayak fishing. Whooping cranes ( Oct.-April) and 400 species of birds migrate and live in the area . Deer roam freely . Fishing and boat ramps along the water. State park is a peaceful walk. Rockport a short 9 miles ,lovely drive. No hammock at this time.
