It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

Volledige privacy. U waant zich werkelijk in 'n paradijs. Het huis ligt in 'n groot natuurgebied, maar niet op een park achter een slagboom. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort en luxe, inclusief 'n heerlijke houtkachel. Natuurlijk is ook uw huisdier van harte welkom. (€20,- per huisdier bij aankomst te voldoen)

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.
