Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrum und des Aasees. Die Fachhochschule ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten ( B67 in näherer Umgebung). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker und Metzger, sowie Lebensmittelmarkt sind ca. 1000 m entfernt. Unser Haus und das Apartment liegen in einer Sackgasse, öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben das Apartment praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Er is draadloze tv.

Die Wohnung ist autark + getrennt vom Haupthaus. Eine eigene Terrasse bzw. ein eigener Gartenanteil gehören zur Wohnung. Rund ums Haus sind Wälder und Felder, hier kann man spazierengehen oder radfahren auf der Römer Lippe Route. Das Ruhrgebiet (Duisburg, Essen) ist nah. Supermarkt, Pizzeria + Apotheke sind vor Ort.

From bedroom one you can walk straight into the garden. The living room and kitchen are adjacent to the attractive and sheltered veranda with hammock.

Licht en ruim, met ruim 50m2 is er genoeg ruimte voor een luxe verblijf voor 2 personen. Keuken, kamer, badkamer, aparte toilet en slaapkamer zijn allen nieuw en luxe. We hebben de zelfstandige studio ingericht met materialen van hoge kwaliteit. Zoals je het zelf thuis ook zou willen. Hoewel wij geen ontbijt serveren zorgen we bij aankomst altijd voor een koelkast gevuld met wat drankjes, boter, yoghurt/kwark, eitjes, jam. Ook zijn er ontbijtgranen, olie/azijn, suiker, koffie en thee.
