Wir waren mit der Familie dort. Absolut tolles Haus und egal welche Frage oder Bitte ich an den Eigentümer hatte, 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Antwort oder er hat sich selbst um alles gekümmert. Wir empfehlen ein „GolfCar“ mit zu mieten (hat er auch für uns gemietet) ! Zum einkaufen 🛒oder zu den Restaurants sind es zu Fuß 🦶 ca 30 Minuten…. Mit dem Car kann am Strand 🏝️ gefahren werden, ca 10 Minuten. Tolle ruhige Lage mit Paradiesischem Strand 🏖️ absolute Weiterempfehlung !! Zum tauchen empfehlen wir „Orca Tauchbasis“. Auch erwähnenswert: auf den QR Code den ihr vom Vermieter bekommt, gibt es auf fast alles 10 - 20% Nachlass, Zugänge in allen Hotels zum Essen oder Gym (gegen Bezahlung ). Gym hat ein neues aufgemacht , kann auch kostenlos genutzt werden ( SportsArena). Wir kommen wieder ….

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Haitham’s villa, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming messages made me feel right at home. The villa was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The villa's location—perfectly situated near entrance, a few menitus away from downtown and the marina, making it convenient to explore the area. The garden and pool were simply breathtaking! The lush greenery was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful oasis, while the crystal-clear pool was a refreshing retreat. Every corner was spotless, adding to the serene and inviting atmosphere. A truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience! Thank you Haitham, Your hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. I truly appreciate it and look forward to returning someday!

We had a great time at Caroline's place! The villa is even better than the photos - the layout is very well thought-out, with a perfectly-sized pool and very nice seating areas. The whole place was spotless, with lots of amenities. Caroline is super responsive and was there to help with anything we needed. The villa is a big part of what made our trip really special and we can't wait to be back!

We had a great stay at Mahmoud's place. It is well located, and just like the pictures and very cosy, super nice to stay at and to relax in the hammock after a long day. Mahmoud is super kind, responsive, and flexible, and it was a pleasure to meet him. I would stay there again and would recommend the place to people looking for a place to stay in Dahab.

Where do I start! Well from start to finish 5 stars + ⭐️ The communication was almost straight away anything I asked they could answer, the pictures do not do the property justice as the property is beautiful. You are with the locals which I loved its quite so peaceful but if you want the hassle of Sharm it's 10 minutes drive. If you drive it's easy si I would suggest getting a car I didn't but they have a local taxi man Ahmed who was very cheap and took us out most days he was available when ever we needed him. There is also a lovey man Shaben who is staff and he keeps the property looking spotless. This villa is like home from home there's nothing that could be improved we cooked there is everything. The beds are comfortable with hot water to shower, a heated pool with beautiful surroundings what more do you need if you are renting, nothing. Lastly, I would like I like to say thank you to the team for being on point and so friendly, I have shared your property we loved it 😍.

très belle expérience chez rafat , une villa magnifique très moderne dans un complexe très calme. la villa est grande est vraiment très pratique. rafat est quelqu'un de vraiment très arrangeant et gentil si vous avez besoin vous lui dites et il es a votre disposition

Mo est adorable et très réactif. Je vous conseille sa superbe maison, dans 1 magnifique cadre avec de belles villas à distance ce qui permet l’intimité. Le grand jardin et les extérieurs de la villa sont verts, fleuris, arborés, c’est très beau, la vue de la terasse est très agréable, et elle est équipée d’1 beau salon, et d’1 barbecue, nous avons vue sur la plage de sable car elle est à environ 100 mètres en y accédant par le jardin. La plage au sein de la baie est très jolie, équipée de transats et de parasols en quantité largement suffisante, avec 1 bar/restaurant bien sympa et pratique, il y a 1 balançoire, des bancs, 1 filet de volley, 1 douche etc. La baignade n’a pas trop de pente ni de fond sur les premiers 50/70 mètres : top, certains peuvent mettre des chaussures de mer pour les parties caillouteuses, snorkelling : depuis la plage nous avons 1 accès direct aux poissons et aux différents coraux qui ne sont pas loin, puis à la grande barrière de corail. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Gouna. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Great place with a high standard. Amine (the owner) and also Yulia from Stayr are very helpful and especially Yulia super fast in getting things done. The villa is a very high standard with great finishing. Just the additionally available Golf cart is too expensive and if there is a scratch gets costly and not easily solved.

La villa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, grande, espaciosa y con todo tipo de comodidades. Tiene un jardín muy grande y una piscina maravillosa, perfecta para compartir con amigos. Las habitaciones son amplias y hay bastantes baños en la casa, lo cual resulta muy cómodo. El anfitrión muy agradable y atento en todo momento, facilitándonos todo lo que le pedíamos brevemente. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!

Easy communication, rapid responses and excellent management which made the experience super nice and easy. However, in my opinion, the owner needs to change the furniture as it’s a bit outdated and not comfortable as it’s supposed to be.

C’était un incroyable séjour, la villa correspondais à 100% à nos attentes. Tout était semblable au photo, l’hôte a été très réactif et flexible et nous a donner de nombreux contacts pour nous déplacer ou pour les commerces à proximité. Brilliant spacious apartment for me and my friends to stay in. Beautiful roof top, clean apartment, great pool to relax in when it gets too hot in the middle of the day. Mohamed's place is like an oasis. He is probably one of the best hosts I've ever encountered via AirBnb - we were served a delicious home cooked breakfast on the roof top and he also organised our early return taxi to the airport for us. I would 100% stay here again - the pictures don't really do it justice and the price is really the best value I've ever found on AirBnB. 10 stars.

We spent our Eid holiday at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa and had a fantastic experience! The place is very clean, cozy, spacious, and all on one level — perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The sea view is extraordinary, and enjoying sunrise and sunset from the roof was a highlight. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. The pool is right in front of the villa, and Mesca Beach is just a short walk away. The hosts are very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Clear instructions and flexible check-in/out made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and feels like home - the owner invested in decorating and accessorizing the house to make you feel home not just a plain rental. Partment was very responsive either through texting or calling. We are very pleased with our experience- will definitely do it again.

Very nice place & host

Very nice Villa and a great location on the sea front cliff top. Ahmed was a great host and responded to our comms quickly. When we had a minor issue with the pool, Ahmed had 3 people on site within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. You really can't ask for more than that.

Merci beaucoup à Georges et à Malek son papa, la villa est jolie , spacieuse. L’extérieur avec la terrasse et le jardin sont un plus. Très bien positionnée et accès à la piscine +++ sécurité assurée jour et nuit. À 20 minutes en voiture du centre Hurghada et 5 km du senzo mall , idéalement située. Un petit havre de paix.
