The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? Its perfect for everyone , a safe-space for everyone!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s place. The apartment is amazing and surrounded by a beautiful nature. Irene has been very kind and always helpful with local tips during our stay, we will surely come back!

Great place to stay. Inside, everything was newly renovated. Communication with the landlord was hassle-free and very fast. However, it would be good if you arrive by car or similar, as we have not seen any public transport at the property. But the nearest train station is already about 2 km away and then also the beautiful lake.

The place really has everything you need for relaxing days/nights. Everything is super well maintained & in mint condition. The rooms are bright and very nicely furnished. Overall, however, everything is a little smaller - i.e. with 4 people it can get a little cozier in the long run. The parking lot has plenty of room for several vehicles.
