In order to enjoy your vacation after skiing, sledding or hiking, our sauna in the basement is perfect for ending a wonderful day and/or making yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the living-dining area.

Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

We had a fantastic stay at Karin's place and a perfect ski vacation. The apartment is very high quality, new and modernly furnished, so we felt super comfortable right away. There is also a lot to do for non-ski lovers, so a visit is definitely worthwhile in winter and summer. From the balcony you have a great view as the icing on the cake and can end the day there comfortably. We will be happy to come back!
