Our apartments in Haus Heidi are located in the spa town of Rathen at the foot of the world-famous Bastei and directly on the Elbe. The vacation house with six apartments is fully equipped and has a bicycle rental. The traffic in the spa town of Rathen is restricted. The street in front of the house is only for residents. The Huxol naturopathic practice is located in Haus Heidi.

City of Wehlen Markthaus - Vacation rental - Apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic Malerweg. The vaulted cellar and foundation walls date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a rest stop, post office and inn. In 1850, a massive extension was built in the classicist style. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

We cordially invite you to our country house in Rathen. It was built in 1863 by Wilhelm Fröde and is still family-owned today, of which we are very proud. Our ancestors rented rooms to guests in addition to their work in agriculture. Our apartment "Bastei" impresses with a fantastic panoramic view of the Bastei massif. It is equipped with a small single kitchen, TV and Internet. Our farm with its abundance of flowers invites you to linger on various seats.

Waldhaus Rathen

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen, bedroom and shower and toilet awaits you. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for infants is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Our apartment is centrally located in Rathen directly above the village shop. The apartment is equipped with a total of 3 cozy bedrooms (box spring bed, single beds, bunk bed). In the spacious living room there are 2 sofa beds. Another highlight is the fully equipped kitchen. Right at the house is the entrance to the extensive network of hiking trails in Saxon Switzerland. Several restaurants directly on the Elbe invite you to linger.

With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
