Vacation rentals with a patio in Rat Burana

the host was very nice and helpful. they were always fast to respons, if we had any questions. on our about 1.5 week stay they had our airbnb cleaned and brouchg fresh towels. we thought that was a great addition. all in all it was great experience and i would book again with them.

Lovely place! Second time I’ve stayed here and would feel right at home staying for months here. The view is one of the best in Bangkok.

Lisa is a very kind and proactive host. Everything is as described and I can confirm the reviews we saw before we stayed. There is a metro very close to the apartment so you can get to the city center quite fast. We stayed for four weeks and had to work so it was very nice to be able to enjoy the gym, pool and sauna after.

Such good condominium we booked, it is the best one amomg the total four condominiums we booked for this Thailand journey. We are very satisfy and enjoy living here. Also we appreciate the kindly service from the room owner and his butler, one nice lady.

Nym was amazing and so attentive! She even had the TV replaced while we were there because it wasn't working! Front room is noisy due to being right on the road but still an amazing location with great a/c and coffee shop on courner and 7/11 and laundry within walking distance.

Excellent place and not less excellent host. The place is gorgeous, all in all. Comfortable, clean, spacious (in our case we needed team work space) and well provisioned. The neighborhood is very calm, which was a must for us. While somewhat secluded, accessing the bursting city is not a problem even with a short walk. Also, Eve attentively responded to all inquiries and was really helpful when needed. Would recommend 11/10.

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Overall, it is a beautiful and well-kept place close to many of Bangkok’s main attractions. It is very clean and we encountered very few bugs which is surprising considering the humidity of Thailand. The host is very friendly and responsive. Beds are all spacious. There is a neat veranda at the front which is enjoyable for a few drinks. Despite the convenience, the accommodation is located in quite a poor, rough area. The neighbouring houses are very close to the accommodation lacking a bit of privacy. There was also construction noise in the morning.

Host is very responsive and extremely friendly, you don’t have to hesitate to approach and ask questions as you know you will be greeted with friendliness. Place was amazing and it was worth every single cent, one of the best airbnb I have ever stayed at!

Aom is the best! She was incredibly accommodating, meeting all of our needs and even helping us with tour recommendations and arrangements. Her home is absolutely beautiful—just like her! We will definitely come back. Thank you so much, Aom!

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Chonny had very precise and clear instructions for how to reach the Airbnb, and the check in process was very smooth. The concierge was very helpful with storing my luggage as I reached quite early. Very close to both the BTS and MRT trains, so makes getting everywhere in the city accessible. Pool was a great bonus too!

Had a lovely stay, apartment is in perfect location and incredibly clean with good facilities included in the building. Would 100% visit again 😄

Thank you to Hermione and the team for a wonderful stay! Wonderful view of the river on the 18th floor! Clean and tidy little apartment that had everything we needed. The pool on the 60th floor is the best we've ever seen! We would be glad to come back thanks to it! The pool on the 8th floor is also worth mentioning! Good for exercise swimming! About 50 meters long. It was slightly warmer than the one on the roof. It was a dream to swim in it when it was pouring rain. Nice communication with Hermione. She was so helpful and sweet and we were lucky to meet her. Really recommend staying here!! Please note that it is located on the outskirts of the city. It takes about 25-45 minutes by car to Icon Siam depending on the traffic but the MRT train is a 12-minute walk from the apartment. We stayed here for 3 nights and took the opportunity to swim, go to the gym and eat food from Tonsak market 5 minutes outside. So much variety and cheap food. We'd be happy to come back and stay. Book!
