Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The closest hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are only 200m away from the apartment and you can start them right behind the house. From the end of May until mid October, the »Summercard« is included in each booking, which allows you to go on many adventures for free (entrance to the Dachstein glacier, bathing lakes, cable cars, busses, ...).

Easter family game: children free! Information on the Schladming-Dachstein website. 1 free parking space. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. Local tax, currently €2.50 per adult per night. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and central in Schladming. Everything easily accessible by foot or by public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of slopes fun! Few minutes walking to Planai valley station and 4 mountain ski swing!

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

A very special place to stay, on a quaint and 500-year-old, originally preserved farm with a view of the Dachstein/Tauern - cozy and homely but still modern. The open shape and the natural materials in the interior and exterior shell as well as the traditional construction with the old stock of this spacious wooden house that combines the OLD and NEW is unique!
