A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

On our four-sided farm with small agriculture (herb cultivation) invites you to relax and recharge. The spacious apartment has a beautiful view of the orchard, towards the donkey pasture, herb fields and the forest in 80 m. Here in the Fläming you can immediately start hiking, cycling or explore the surroundings with the historic old towns of Treuenbrietzen or Bad Belzig.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!
