Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

We would like to welcome you in our cozy and quiet apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the highway A4 and A72 you can quickly get to interesting cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or in the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitzer City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for great. On many cycling and hiking trails you can explore the area.

Shopping and the interior are in the immediate vicinity and are a 10-minute walk away. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay. Very nice and cozy apartment in the attic with newly renovated bathroom, an open kitchen and spacious bedroom. In the immediate vicinity is the Sachsenring (less than 10 minutes by car) with numerous sports events (e.g. MotoGP). Many other attractions (Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz) can also be reached in no time thanks to good connections to the motorway.
