The property is ground level, fully furnished and located in a pleasant residential area. Good highway access (A28, about 3 km), shopping, restaurants and the Swarte Moor Lake for walks in nature. The city bus stops right outside the front door. A small garden makes this place a cozy retreat.

If you're in the mood for the sea, the North Sea coast and the popular seaside resort of Dangast is quickly reached by bike and car.
