Everything was perfect

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

I had a lovely stay, I really liked the large balcony area, I could see the sun set in the distance and always nice to get fresh air. There are shops, coffee shops, gyms and restaurants close by. Everything you need. A cosy spacious studio apartment at a good price.

Our stay at Vi’s place was truly one of the best parts of our trip. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Vi is an incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful host — always quick to respond, full of local tips, and genuinely caring. She even helped us with storing our luggage when we needed it, which made our day much easier. If you’re visiting Da Nang, don’t hesitate to book this place. You’ll feel right at home! Clean place, close to the beach.

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

I was a little worried because I had never booked with Airbnb, but I was worried for nothing. The communication was very fast, so the communication was good, and the accommodation was the same as the photos.👍🏻 They cleaned every day, and the view was a sea view, so it was nice. If I come to Da Nang again, I think I'll come here.🤍

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Da Nang! Thang is a fantastic host — very communicative and incredibly responsive. He went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable, offering great local recommendations that were super helpful. From food spots to hidden gems, everything he suggested really enhanced our experience. Thang also helped us book tours and provided lots of useful suggestions throughout our stay. His support made exploring Da Nang so much easier and more enjoyable. The apartment itself was lovely — waking up to the sunrise from the balcony every morning was absolutely breathtaking. Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

Phuong is such an amazing host! She helped us get the boat tickets, picked us up at the boat docks and gave us a thorough view of the activities around the island! Also the food at their place is amazing. We definitely recommend the place!

As a newbie to Cham Island I think I was lucky to stay here because the host does everything to assist you with anything you might need. The host's aunt nextdoor cooks wonderful meals and the hospitality is unmatched! The view from the house is nice with a cool temple and some ocean in view as well! The beach is so close! Walk outside and there it is! You should definatly hire a little round boat to take you snorkeling just a short ways to the south! The coral is amazing and you can see why this island is protected! I will stay here again when I return to Cham for another round of island paradise!

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

Authentic house near the beach with beautiful garden.

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from a stunning beach. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. When one of our friends lost their passport, she went out of her way to assist us in filing a police report. The police wouldn’t speak with us without a translator, and she stepped in to make sure everything was handled smoothly.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

Great place good host and lots of great activities around the place

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! Kind and efficient service, would recommend! thank you for making our stay in Danang one of ease! 😊

Very modern room, slept well

n general, highly recommended. Very easy communication, good internet, nice view, pleasant smell, and clean. Great and central location. The only thing to improve would be the mattress in the 1 smaller bedrom (it was just thin foam instead of a proper mattress).

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.
