Next to the exit of Kaohsiung City Red Line MRT Metropolitan Park Station (R21), it takes only 1 minute to walk to home. The transportation is very convenient. There is an elevator to take the MRT or go directly to the house, which is very convenient for accommodation and luggage. There is a long balcony on one side of the house with a washing and drying machine, which is convenient for private drying of clothes. On the other side is a large terrace with a beautiful garden outside.

The room features multiple spacious beds dressed in white linens. Dark curtains frame the windows, allowing for natural light. A hanging swing chair adds a unique element to the decor, while hardwood flooring contributes to a cozy environment.

room 1317 地址：高雄市左營區建業新村13號 (googlemap搜尋‘東豐棧之建業客棧）獨棟獨院位於左營，坐北朝南，獨立門庭內，日式建築的風情，被完整地保存下來。當清晨和煦的陽光，輕輕地來敲門，面對初醒的紫羅蘭花園，泡一壺茶，品嘗茶香與晨光交織的氣息，是種特別的體驗；夜晚時分，用完晚餐後，大廳內，與友人開一瓶紅酒，笑談人生、分享喜悅，也別有風味；從門口看去，遠可以望見市區的高聳建築，是在高雄市區，鬧中取靜的好所在。，近蓮池潭公園、高雄孔廟、龍虎塔等觀光景點，距離高鐵高雄新左營站、捷運站約八分鐘的車程，便於前往高雄其他旅遊景點。距離高雄世運主場館：1公里；距離國家運動訓練中心：850公尺。 80年的老屋子，相對於今日生活型態，原本房屋的功能性是不足的，配管、改造困難度都極高，尤其屋內原先是沒有套房設計的，所以為了堅持老屋原貌，我們在衛浴設備上下了很大功夫，每間的獨立衛浴無法擁有拉門，就用浴簾來替代；木造建物最怕潮濕，在排水設計上採用了有5cm坡度的地板，可能當你在廁所時，還會感覺有所前傾的樣子。

Little garden in the front (yes, you can lay in the grass) and in the back (very quiet, good for reading in total peace, or finishing a PhD and similar tasks...). Fast-internet. Our house was featured in a TV series. Take the bikes for a trip around the neighborhood or the small mountain nearby! The house fits two adults and one young kid.
