This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

A true hidden gem. Niki’s place felt more like home than my own home. It was cozy, had everything one might need, and the view of the acropolis was stunning.

We stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Location is perfect—just about a 15-ish minute walk or less to amazing restaurants, the acropolis/Parthenon, and public transportation if needed. Amazing 360 views of Athens on the terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee to relax. The AirBnb was super clean and had almost everything you need. We highly, highly, highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The hosts also communicated really clearly and gave great recommendations. It’s a very lively neighborhood and does have music into the late hours at night. But nothing a pair of noise cancelling headphones can’t solve

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The arranged car service was so helpful and Miltos was an excellent host. He recommended so many amazing restaurants. The view from the terrace was spectacular and the location was right in the heart of Plakta, central to great restaurants and close to the Acropolis, which was helpful since it was really hot. Highly recommend!!

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Katerina was an amazing host, and if we ever come back we will absolutely try to rebook at this house! The location is amazing and couldn’t have been better. It is right on the water with a beautiful view! Katerina’s arranged transportation for us with her driver Manos and he was just as great. Absolute wonderful experience!

Desiree was an impeccable accommodation. The place was everything we could have dreamed of and more…location, decor & special touches were top notch. The host Maria was responsive, and her helper Manousos was the nicest man who met us to provide the keys and showed us the place. We loved that this place also comes with parking. Maria’s mom had put together 3 containers of her chicken and potatoes for my family upon arrival. We were also treated with a bottle of wine, snacks, fruits, and bottled water. A water gun was left for our son. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Chania.

Eu e minha família vivemos dias incríveis neste Airbnb. A localização é privilegiada, no coração de Chora, com uma vista incrível do pôr do sol. O anfitrião foi muito gentil, nos ajudou com as malas e transporte, e sempre respondia as mensagens como muita rapidez. A cozinha é completa e os cômodos impecáveis, todos muito limpos e confortáveis. Recomendo!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

I am glad we chose Kostas place! Kostas was very responsive, answered all my questions before and during my stay. I didn't have to wait long for a reply! His checking in was smooth and informative! The balcony is amazing, so relaxling with amazing views! as a family of 3 it was the perfect Hub for us to go off an explore and come back and relax on the roof terrace untill bedtime! Place was clean and fresh if you thinking about booking do it!!

I can only concur with all the stellar reviews left by all the guests! Everything was absolutely perfect (cleanness, location, bedding quality, local recommendations, etc..) and we hope to return soon. Το νοίκιασα για την προετοιμασία μου ως νύφη και πραγματικά ήταν το ιδανικό σκηνικό: φωτεινό, καθαρό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και με υπέροχη ενέργεια. Είχε άνετους χώρους για μένα, τις φίλες μου και την ομάδα που με ετοίμασε (μακιγιάζ, μαλλιά κ.λπ.), ενώ η αισθητική του σπιτιού έδωσε τέλειο φόντο για τις φωτογραφίες της προετοιμασίας. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου – ή μάλλον, σαν πριγκίπισσα! We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

If you’re thinking about visiting Athens, make sure to stay in Kolonaki in this beautiful apartment! You will love the cozy feel but modern finishings, the beautiful large balcony with views is a big bonus. The apartment is very clean, and also has essentials in the kitchen for your stay. The host is always there to answer questions and is responsive. The locked door to the lobby and keys kept in locked boxes adds to the feeling of security. We would stay again!

I had a great time at this property. Located in the 6th floor you have a great city view, Acropolis being visible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is an amazing experience at night. The place both smelled and looked clean, and in my experience the host did the little extra to account for a great experience - which it really was. Good instructions, easy check-in and access by app. Overall a really good stay at this property.
