We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Berge, Seen, Skigebiete und Thermen bieten jede Menge Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Sport in der Natur. .

The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains. Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland.
