Ricardo's apartment was spectacular, everything was very nice and quiet. The staff working at Las Palmeras are cordial and friendly. I recommend them. Go enjoy the beach and the pool.

Nice, spacious apartment very close to the beach. The swimming pool is also very nice and child friendly. Raquel was very responsive and provided useful tips and advice (e.g. shopping, mobility, hiring a cook).

Andrés was very responsive and solved a problem as quickly as possible when it happened (even though it was something caused by construction). The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding more kitchen utensils. Thank you very much for the nice stay and flexibility in check-in and check-out!

The location was perfect, the host super kind and always cooperative, and the suite was just as the pictures ! We had the entire floor for us, with a private pool overlooking the bay, right at the beach front ! Espectacular, for sure we will be back! Note: right at the beach front there are many stands with local food which they prepare onsite for you, we recommend to ask for Mariela and for sure order the ceviche de pescado for 30 soles ($7.50) and Chicharrón for the same price !

We had an excellent stay, we found everything we need , this super well equipped, the people who are in charge of the maintenance of the areas are super friendly and helped us with our check-in and check-out.

The house is just as described, even bigger, and private, very easy to get to because it is all over Panamerica. I would not hesitate to return.

Mirtha was always willing to help us. He helped us with the late checkout and on the day we arrived, he offered us the possibility of choosing the rented house or another one I had next door that had air conditioning because the heat was sweltering! It certainly helped us feel more comfortable

Beach access is short and direct, but the house is so comfortable that you want to stay. Anilu is very friendly and easily guided us to get there. Pauli and Alejandro, who take care of the house, are super friendly and helpful. Pauli cooks delicious food. We already want another excuse to come back.

The house is spacious, comfortable and very well implemented, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best aspects was the pool, perfect to cool off on hot days, and the proximity to the sea, which allowed us to enjoy the beach practically a few steps away. The house was very well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and carefree. Fabulous stay. A beautiful house with great lounge areas. Looks just like the photos. Really enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the town centre was only a 10 minute walk (but there’s lots of tuck tucks!). The area has lots of great restaurants and market stores. The host was fabulous and really helpful to us.

Good, you walk 10 minutes to get to the beach but the best thing is to get to the beach, be all day and then get to a comfortable stay.

we had to change accommodations at the last minute and Silvia gave us the option to choose her property instantly and with ease. He was very friendly and gave clear instructions about the house rules he was also very flexible with admitting my two puppies (they only allowed one for the property) the entrance to the beach is super close and the condominium is very comfortable. Having been booked last minute, there were some details with the cleanliness of some areas of the house. I recommend that they seal their own towels. It was a plus that the house had a washing machine and grill on the balcony Would come back again

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

Excellent service, very nice place, nice facilities and with everything you need, we went with a baby and we had everything to cook. Great location, there are shops, markets, etc.

It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
