I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It has beautiful green areas and parking if you come with a car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, faces the sea with dream views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.
