This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

La Cabebosc is located in the heart of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
