The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

A parking space in front of the house, a small balcony and a small garden are available for your stay. The cottage itself has 2 floors. The Wohlgemuth Heim is located right on the Moselle in the small village of Zell-Merl. You can rent the whole house with 6 double bedrooms (each room has its own attached bathroom) and be all yours. In the salon with fireplace and large dining table you have space to come together and enjoy time together. We offer wine tastings of our organically produced wines on request. The house is handed over decorated depending on the season, e.g. Christmas with fir tree.

The house has a large covered terrace, and in the basement, there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.
