Wir laden euch ein in unseren gemütlichen Rückzugsort, die Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Stadt. Stilvoller Industrial trifft Jungle, Neu begrüßt Alt. Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

When vacationing - then Mühle!

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in ländlicher Gegend nahe Dresden. Zum meinem Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten mit großen Obstbäumen, einem Grillplatz , Granitbrunnen und einem kleinen Bach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den regionalen Nahverkehr können Sie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen . Nach wenigen Gehminuten können Sie in der naturnahen Umgebung entspannen und ein unserem umfangreichen Wanderwegenetz das Westlausitzer Hügelland erkunden.

Cozy apartment Dresden city villa near the Elbe

Location in quiet Tolkewitz with only a 10-minute walk to the Elbe. Bus and tram stop 3-minute walk. Tram 18 minutes without changing to the center. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bicycle racks and bicycle storage are available. Ample free parking. Community garden with sandpit and trampoline. Wonderful starting point for cycling trips, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk along the Elbe meadows, a stroll through the city and much more.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

Fancy relaxation and unwinding 😊 - beautiful quiet Art Nouveau apartment invites you to linger. Located directly in Striesen – South and on the green Stresemannplatz. You can expect two rooms and a very large well-equipped kitchen. A balcony in the kitchen allows you to have a nice morning coffee outdoors. In the bedroom overlooking the garden, you will not be disturbed by noise. The street in front of the house is a bicycle street.

Many of our guests love the special location for excursions in all directions to the Spreewald, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to the Czech Republic and Poland...

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Spacious duplex apartment with rooftop terrace

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Modern one-room apartment, quiet / centrally located.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
