Samuel was very communicative & straight forward with his rules which were respected. TH e house was super clean & beautiful for all my friends to stay. very Very thankful that he let us stay till our flight left which was in the afternoon. Great house, great host & great communication

It was definitely worth it, great for peace, great for taking pictures during the day, and night, or even just lounging around

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

Gabriel place was one of the best Airbnb I've booked so far. Super clean had everything you need it for a Caribbean vacation. He had beach chairs available and a cooler which is a huge plus for me, fence in outdoor patio to relax with privacy. It was a great location too, close to everything. Quick in and out the speed way to go anywhere you wan. 10 to 20 minutes away from anywhere in the San Juan area. Love the spot.

Juan was super responsive and very accomodating. I had to change the dates to my trip last minute and he quickly updated the request. I loved the place. I had everything I needed. I felt safe the place was very clean. If I do ever go back to Puerto Rico again, I will look to stay at Juan's place.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

At first it was really hard to find the place. Took a cab to the address Namil sent me & got taken 5 minutes away from the home, it was hard to get another uber and get the correct address. Otherwise the house was amazing, just like the photos, spacious and clean. I love that the house is built for a family with kids. The pool has a side for the smaller children and a side for the bigger ones. Great place thank you

Kelvin Joel’s place was amazing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. The pool was amazing, especially at night with the lights. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. You’re near all different types of restaurants,cafes etc. Everything felt just like home, do stay!!!!!! :)

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Javier was such a great host and the property was as advertised. A group of us visited for my wife’s birthday. He was very proactive in communicating details about check-in and sent detailed recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Any time we had a question, he was always quick to respond and very friendly. He even stopped by on my wife’s birthday with a delicious strawberry chantilly cake for our group to celebrate with her. It was just an awesome experiment we’d recommend anyone visiting Puerto Rico stay here.

Can not recommend Victor’s place enough! Absolute great host! Always so helpful with parking, recommendations, etc. Any problems we encounter, he did not hesitate to help out. Very clean! Small place but good for two girls who came to visit PR rich culture! Will definitely book here again!

Will definitely be coming back and staying here! Area is great, everything is nearby, and was good driving distance. Also very responsive at all times. Our toilet and sink was clogged and they immediately had someone come and check out what was going on and was fixed. Overall loved it!

This place was so incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It was amazing to be surrounded by nature while still being centrally located! I am so grateful for this sweet space, it was the perfect spot to stay!

Accessing the apartment was very easy as it is located next to the main road. Jesus provided all the step by step instructions with photos how to enter the apartment. The apartment was clean and had everything you need, even a small kichenette to prepare meals. It has an AC which truly was a lifesaver. The location of the apartment is perfect - close to everything (walkable distance) - beaches and also Old San Juan. Jesus was really responsive and helpful with suggestions for the food and activities in the area. I really recommend this apartment and would for sure return.
