I really liked this accommodation, Mario's house is very beautiful, well maintained, clean, well thought out and secure. A good stay in general, too bad that the last night was a little noisy. Thanks Mario for your responsiveness and Rosa for hosting us and for her availability. I would this property.

The accommodation is just like the photos, Valeria was always attentive and responded to messages quickly, the area is private and safe. It is close to Pto Lopez and Olon, it is very quiet to relax and has a beautiful view, in addition to the amenities to cook or use the grill.

This place is private and exactly what we hoped for! My husband and I ended our trip in Ecuador here for four days. It is serine and heavenly waking up with the beach in front of you. We enjoyed the outside amenities at sunset, and the indoors cuddling and watching Netflix on our iPad (they have good WiFi). The stay in this house was super good, very comfortable place and everything was clean, Alina took care of us kindly and attentive in everything, the photos that are on Airbnb are good, but it is better when you see it physically, the house is much better than what you can see in the published photos, the good thing that has its location is that it is close to the center of Puerto Lopez and Montañita. Jorge, the owner, was very attentive to answer all your questions, we would definitely come back.

The property is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Despite the cold weather of the season, we were able to enjoy the common areas with their heated jacuzzi. The area where the property is located is not within the village, which gives you a lot of privacy on the private beach. Don Manuel met all our requirements and gave us good suggestions for places to eat. I'd come back without hesitation.

We can in off season and it was our own private pool and beach! It’s a short drive to Montañita and in a gated complex with security. I felt very safe and slept super well with the sounds of the waves outside our window. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is extremely comfortable and complete; its location is almost at the foot of the sea; it has safe parking for the vehicle and is inside a gated development with the necessary security to rest without worries. We will book again!!!
