I really liked the place, it was exactly as in the publication, a very quiet, safe place, close to supermarkets and places of interest, Miguel's attention was wonderful, very attentive and friendly, he was aware of anything we needed, the backyard is a perfect place to share with family and swim in the pool. I would definitely come back.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The location of the apartment was a big plus for me - close to good restaurants, the beach and a small supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated. I loved having breakfast on the small terrace. But always watch out for the mosquitoes! Communication with Javier was perfect. I received an answer to my questions within a very short time. I really appreciated the recommendations of restaurants in Javier's guidebook. I recommend all travelers to rent this apartment, right on the Bassin. Thank you Javier for having me as your guest.

Great stay in a private location!

Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

The apartment is very cozily furnished in beach style. Good bed and clean and fresh bedding. It's a well secured complex and the pool is really beautiful😎. Quiet area which we could appreciate very much. We'd love to come back!

The Host is very attentive, my friends and I were given very good recommendations, he helped us to be more oriented in everything related to Punta Cana (tours, taxi service, etc.) he was very present and attentive throughout our stay, the place was amazing.

I booked this Airbnb after my flight got cancelled last minute at 3pm and the next available flight wasn’t until 11am the next day. I was a bit skeptical at first but at the end of the day I just needed a place to lay down and relax until my next flight. Let me tell you… the price of this apartment was beyond a steal! You get access to 3 beautiful pools in this gated neighborhood and everything about the place is just so comforting; it doesn’t feel like you’re staying somewhere sketchy in a foreign place. It’s a great space for 2 couples or a small group of friends as there is only one bathroom. There’s a Mexican restaurant 4 minutes drive away called “Los Balazos” just take my word and go have some food there once you wind down you won’t regret it! As far as transportation to the place, uber is much more affordable than a private taxi and is only 15 minutes from the airport.

I had a wonderful day at this Airbnb. From the first moment, communication with the host was great: attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The place was spotless, very clean and with all the amenities as described in the listing. The location is perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. In addition, it was noticeable that every detail was thought out very carefully: the decoration, the small welcome touches, and the comfort of the bed made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and pleasant experience.

I recommend the accommodation if you want to stay close to Downtown. A few minutes' walk from Coco Bongo. The facilities were very good, a very quiet and safe area.

This was an overall great stay. The property and the unit layout is just as is shown in the pictures. There are two(2) restaurants on property, a beach bar, a gym, a beach area, a lounge co work space and a play area for the kids. There is also a main pool, and one closer the unit. To get around the property itself, and around nearby places in Punta Cuna, you will definitely need a car. You can rent one from the host with ease. They also offer airport pick up at a cost. The host was extremely attentive, super pleasant and very helpful. He was also super responsive if I had an issue, or a question. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
