Vacation rentals with a patio in Psychiko

We had an excellent 4-night stay at this place. The apartment is spacious, functional and sparkling clean. It is conveniently located close to the metro station, in the heart of Cholargos around cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, highly recommended, especially for families who can use the extra space.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy Athens apartment. The space is very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged—it's easy to relax or work here. The location is fantastic: a short walk to cafés, restaurants, and a large supermarket right around the corner, which made stocking up a breeze. The area is also very beautiful and calm, perfect for enjoying the city. Ivy was very kind and helpful, always quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. It really added to the great experience. Highly recommended!

My overall experience was great, the apartment was clean and neat. Everything was as described. The only problem was the parking 🥹 (we’ve rented a car) that was less convenient. But overall it was great. I highly recommend this place.

We really loved this apartment. For two people and no children it was ideal. We loved the location, just two metro stops from Syntegma square, but overlooking green trees. There are nice restaurants, (we enjoyed “49”. - little bistro under trees) supermarkets and bakeries with 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed crossing the road and walking up Lycovitis hill and its amazing views over Athens. Decent coffee shop up the top and church full of 19th icons. Excellent shower, good small kitchen, nice sofa and comfortable bed. The best thing was the big roof area to sit out on in the cool of mornings and evenings ( or just open all the big opening windows. Lovely flat, lovely area, great host.

Great host and a great place!

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

We had a great time. Nice balkony you could relax in a nice atmosphere with a god view to Athen. Little bit long to go to the city centre, but this was really no problem. On the way down and up you have a lot of shops and cafés. You can go by buss as well. Communication with the host was easy. The bed was very god. Very clean and nice apartment. 😀🌿🌷

Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was very comfortable and easily accessible to Athens sites while offering a bit more quiet than the busier tourist areas. We enjoyed an evening on the terrace taking in a typical Athenian Thursday evening. Georgios and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. Fabulous stay!

Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Christos was an excellent host, we ended up meeting him at the place but he sent clear instructions in case timing didn't work out. He gave great suggestions for local restaurants and bars and was responsive to any messages! The place is a quick 20 minute walk to the acropolis area or a super easy train ride on the public transport! thanks Christos xx

Exactly what we needed.

We were only at Clara’s property for one night on our way to the islands but it was perfect for what we needed. There was a bus from the airport that stopped right nearby and a short drive to the port the next day. Clara was very responsive through the process for any questions we had prior to our arrival.

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located — close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. But what truly made the difference were the hosts: incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. You can really feel that they care about their guests. From the warm welcome to the little thoughtful touches in the apartment, everything was perfect. I only wish I could have stayed longer! If you’re coming to Athens, don’t think twice — book this place. You won’t regret it. Thank you again for everything, I’ll definitely be back! 💛🇬🇷

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

This apartment was everything our family of four hoped for and more! It was in a great location, with so many attractions and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The host was helpful and responsive. And the view, including from both the apartment itself and the rooftop deck, was absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend this apartment to any group looking for a memorable stay in central Athens! Bravo!

John’s place was great! The views for the huge balcony/terrace were incredible. We were there for 2 nights and able to walk restaurants, cool little neighborhoods and the Acropolis. His place is located deep in the center of the city. Highly recommend taxi or public transit. Again, views were outstanding!!

This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

Very nice place in a central area, with lots of possibilities but also good connection to the center of Athens.

Our family loved our stay at the Airbnb. Anastassia and her father were warm and welcoming. They met us on arrival, gave us a tour, and explained everything clearly. Pavlo even brought us refreshments afterward—top-notch hospitality! The place was clean, well-kept, and in a perfect location close to everything. The balcony was a favorite spot where we relaxed, watched the sunrise and sunset, and enjoyed the view together.
