In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Staying at Maria's villa is a model example of Greek hospitality; the hosts are very polite and friendly, and the fridge and pantry are full of food, and from the wonderful garden, you can pick as much fruit, nuts, and herbs as you like. The villa itself is spacious and luminous. The kitchen and bathroom are a little worn but clean. The place is ideal for families with children; in addition to its own, safe garden, the place is equipped with a variety of children's accessories and toys. Cat lovers, too, will surely like the place.

If I could give my stay more than 5* I could - the host was very accommodating and clearly put a lot of effort in making the property nice for us. The property itself was stunning, with a pool overlooking the oceans, and a few different areas to relax in. Located in a slightly more rural part of Rhodes, staying here is an excellent way to access nature and a less touristy experience of the island.

We had a great time at Maria’s house. She gave as an excellent recommendation for a great local restaurant, was always very helpful and friendly and the house was awesome. We really wanted to stay in a beautiful traditional house like this and it was amazing. There was a lot of space, since we were only two people, because it could fit up to six people. All in all, we would definitely come back :)

Wir hatten super schöne Ferien und einen guten Aufenthalt bei Michail. Das Appartement war wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Der Pool war auch super. Danke Michail für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Dir, wir kommen sicher wieder einmal.

No words can begin to explain how stunning this villa is!! We had the most amazing time celebrating my best friends hen do - the location is beautiful! The staff who checked us in were so friendly and even very kindly drove us to the shops to get some food supplies when we arrived as it was late and too far to walk in the dark. Valia always replied to my messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations. Its a good driving distance away from everywhere you would want to go and explore and the taxi prices are so good the company they recommend to us were amazing they arrived on time every day and were so friendly! I would 100% love to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! It is honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!

Wir haben unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Maris Unterkunft sehr genossen! Psinthos ist ein kleiner Ort ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto von der Küste entfernt. Im Unterschied zu der ansonsten sehr durch den Tourismus geprägten Ostküste, hat man in Psinthos das Gefühl authentisch in Griechenland zu sein. Die Dorfbevölkerung ist sehr nett und die Preise sowie die Qualität in den Bars am Dorfplatz sprechen für sich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen optimal. Die Küche ist gut ausgetattet und auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus, alternativ auf dem Dorfplatz kann man entspannt die Abende ausklingen lassen. Mit unserem Aufenthalt viel das Pfingsfest zusammen, dass in Psinthos mit einer großen Feier im Dorf begangen wurde - ein absolutes Highlight! Auch die Kommunikation mit Maria lief ausgesprochen unkompliziert! Wir können die Unterkunft jedem, der abseits des Trubels das echte Rhodos erleben und genießen möchte sehr empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
