The house is located in the middle of the air spa town of Bollendorf -10Gehmin. to the outdoor swimming pool, 5 minutes walk to the Luxembourg border. Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Südeifel - Living with horses, vacation for the soul

The apartment (over 100 square meters) is in an old fully restored former inn. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the stables with horses. Quiet location. A place to relax or just to come down. The large terrace, which is fully covered, invites you to barbecue. After that, they can enjoy their freshly grilled steak on one of the two terraces. Quaint, rustic, cozy... in Western style... Surrounded by breathtaking views, this private modern lower ground studio with natural light is in a peaceful location for a visit to this beautiful region! There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.
