Spacious, quiet, and clean house in a residential area not far from the center. Excellent night's rest also due to the silence of the area. The host Valentina, kind and helpful, responded immediately by providing the physical keys in addition to the house opening app. Recommended.

Everything is good, very quiet area, 10 min to the beach, the apartment has everything you need, for a family with children.

I chose this apartment because it already inspired me from the photos. In a very cozy rustic style, everything works in a very quiet area and at the same time very close to the historic center on foot. Host Laura is always available and kind, giving us great advice on what to visit and where to dine. When there is a chance to return to Ferrara we will return to Laura..horse that wins does not change😉

We decided to end the season and loved it. The hosts were also accommodating us by exchanging the property for another with two double beds. Communication was excellent. Thanks to the previous information about the small equipment of the kitchen, we were also not surprised and took some necessary things like sharp knives with us. For accommodation on the ground floor, we recommend mosquito repellent.

Luca and his father graciously welcomed us upon our arrival in Ferrara. Due to a problem at the apartment we originally booked, Luca moved us to a wonderful apartment within walking distance of the piazza and excellent restaurants and pastry shops. A nice extra was a private parking spot. Luca is a great host!

Martin was very friendly,reachable and understanding. The house is beautiful. We stayed there withy kids and parent in-law and enjoyed a lot. It was enough space for everybody. I will definitely recommend stay at Martinas

A wonderful house with a private pool and an excellent host

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of the day with plenty of seating. Of the bicycles available, we used one, the rest we took ourselves, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we'd come back any time. Thanks again.

There is too much to describe but we felt accepted into a new life here. Everything was perfect, more than accommodating, the family went above and beyond for us. We stayed for a month and will stay again! The apartment itself was large with plenty of space, the choice of comfortable beds, fantastic shower, all amenities and the veranda is great with a view of the sunset. Amazing security with secure parking available. The area is so peaceful. There are cycle routes nearby, I had my bike with me and was given recommendations of places to go. We also enjoyed snowboarding trips to the mountains and day visits to venice and surrounding places, all with recommendations. We had our boy out for a week during our stay and he was so happy to be invited to play with Enrica's boys which is a fabulous experience. We thank you all. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Highly recommended solution for spending a relaxing weekend with a great hot tub, comfortable bed for sleeping, quiet area, easily reachable center by car. Very helpful, kind host. Excellent room cleaning.

The apartment was clean. Also well equipped! Everything was very good, except for the noise. It is located on a street.
