"Al Ginkgo" è un oasi di pace e tranquillità, in un contesto altrettanto rilassante. Appartamento molto spazioso con un bagno per ognuna delle 3 grandi camere, un soggiorno molto grande e cucina superattrezzata. Dotato di un ampio spazio aperto dove godere di un bellissimo panorama. La posizione è ottima per l'accesso a tutte le attività della zona. Francesco e famiglia sono stati eccezionali per cordialità, disponibilità, accoglienza, simpatia e capacità di illustrazione del territorio dell'Alpago. Torneremo sicuramente.

Being second time there I think tells everything, if you look for a quiet comfortable place, perfect for families than this is a place for you. As usual Gian Pietro and his family were friendly and made our stay there very pleasant. Hope to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Spert, Belluno. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed — including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive. We especially appreciated the attention to detail — fresh towels, local maps, and even a welcome treat! Spert is a quiet village, but it’s a great base for exploring the Dolomites and nearby towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing mountain escape, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

We had a great two-night stay here. The room was big and spotless, and having a private bathroom was a nice bonus. Parking was very convenient too. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the hosts let us know we could if we needed to. The family was really friendly and made us feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Il giardinetto è stato molto apprezzato sia da noi che dalla nostra cagnolina che si è sentita sin da subito la benvenuta. Host deliziosa e disponibilissima per tutto.

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet village with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was spotless and well-kept, and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Just about 3 kilometers away there’s a supermarket and a lovely little épicerie in the town of Bastia. It’s an ideal stopover on the way to Venice or on the way back. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends, and if I travel this way again, I won’t even look for another place—I’ll try to book this one again. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was very important to us and made the stay especially pleasant.

We loved this place! It was spacious, super comfortable and just easy to get to by car or walking. Lots of walkable places to eat and sights to see. We had a small issue with the heater and it was a very cold time when we were there but the hosts were very responsive and was able to help us very fast! Truly worth every penny! Highly recommend

We recently enjoyed a splendid winter holiday at this charming apartment in Piancavallo. We appreciated the apartment's clear policies on no pets and smoking, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. While electricity and heating were charged based on consumption, this was easily managed and fair. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful yet adventure-filled getaway.

appartamento pulitissimo e in zona centrale. parcheggio proprio davanti. peccato che la zona giorno non avesse una finestra e che non ci fosse un corrimano sulle scale. comunque è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Notre séjour auprès de l'Albergo Diffuso s'est très bien passé. Les hôtes sont arrangeants en cas de départ/arrivée tardifs. La maison est au calme avec une jolie vue et l'intérieur confortable. Il faut juste tenir compte que la localité Monte Prat est assez éloignée de Forgaria du fait de la route de montagne. Mais l'expérience est positive et je remercie Paolo pour l'accueil!

Location is great for family holiday if you like cruising between trattorias, hiking, or just spending time in wonderful garden and enjoying the view from the pool. Andrea was very helpful at check in and we received all needed help and information. House is furnished in rustical style and it is big enough and clean. There is also a small grocery in the village. Very nice place and I would for sure like to come back.

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis chez Andrea ! La maison est magnifique, sans compter la vue extraordinaire aussi bien de la maison que de la piscine, dans un endroit paisible. Andrea nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès le premier jour.

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!

Really a very special place with an outstandingly incredible view. Wonderful homebase to discover the magic of the region and very close to a wonderful little market/ bar!! We loved it!!

This is a large traditional house with 4 bedrooms, and lots of place. It is fully equipped and located in a quiet village, so we slept very well. The style is traditional, but everything has been renovated and all equipments (kitchen, bathroom) are modern and in summer one can eat outside. The host was very responsive and there is an amazing view on the mountains from the garden. Highly recommended!
