Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Macerata

I was my second time in the apartment of fabio. I enjoyed it a lot and will come again next year.

A beautiful Apartment on the sea coast! It was spacious and very clean. It was quiet with only the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. We visited nearby Loreto and San Benedetto for somethings to do. Great space that I would visit again!

Very considerate host and really nice place to stay. Interior garde and terace is such a blessing. We will def return.

we stayed in this beautiful apartment by the sea, everything as described, but when you arrive and open the window, the wow effect arrives, overlooking the sea, absolute tranquility. We went with our medium-sized dog, great for those traveling with their 4-legged friend, dog area 2 minutes away, free beach and for those who want facilities nearby. There's everything in the house, you don't need to bring anything else. Noemi was wonderful and very helpful, always ready to answer questions and also gave us some tips for restaurants and places to see.

Very spacious apartment,equipped with all the comforts like being at home! We stayed for two weeks, two adults,three small girls and a dog and we didn't need anythingelse that was not already present in the apartment! Everything was working and clean. Near the pine forest beach that also accepts dogs. What about Valerio... a very nice and super helpful person, friendly and always with a smile,a really nice and humble person. Thank you Valerio for your availability! ☺️

The apartment is in an enclosed bungalow park close to the beach, 5-minute walk. Everything is as described. Enzo is very personable, gives recommendations and quickly helps with problems that have nothing to do with the park. We will be happy to come back!

I stayed a week in Marco's apartment, with my wife and our nine-month-old daughter. They were fantastic days because the apartment was in an excellent location to live the quiet life of Porto Recanati, a stone's throw from the equipped beach, close to restaurants and all the necessary amenities (bars, supermarket, etc.) within walking distance. The house has a magnificent balcony overlooking the sunrise perfect for eating for two to three people. Even without air conditioning, the room was very ventilated even with the help of fans. I recommend it to anyone for a relaxing vacation!

All good, nice and close to the beach

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Milo and his staff were impeccable in everything from courtesy to professionalism, to speed in responding to requests for information and clarifications. Perfect apartment (as shown in real photos and description), very clean, equipped with every service and comfort for a carefree stay and in the most total comfort. Discretion and accuracy for check-in and check-out. Quiet area with availability of various attractions and interest to be easily reached on foot (including the long sea) I will definitely enjoy their service as soon as possible! TOP experience!

the spaces perfectly match what is shown in the listing, convenient location in front of the sea of Porto Potenza Picena, with direct access to the underpass practically in front. The possibility of using the inner courtyard or in any case the space in front to park cars is very convenient. Very well cared for in detail, you can see that it has been recently arranged, equipped with all accessories, utensils, supplies including vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Both rooms have air conditioning, which is necessary as it is exposed to the sun at least until 2 pm in summer. We had a very good time, very helpful host, kind, responsive to any request or need. Highly recommended!!!

My partner's parents had a great time. The place is clean, the location is ideal for getting around downtown. The apartment has very good fixtures that protect from the noise coming from the nightclub nearby.

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.
