House vacation rentals in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet mountain cottage. The pool was refreshing, the hot tub cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available for us in case of questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and also a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thanks for everything and best regards from Fürth/Nuremberg.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Quiet cottage in a good location on a very nicely landscaped property. It is only a few meters to the first "beach", and some nicer coves are within a 10-minute walk. The communication with Kristijan and his brother Danijel went smoothly, both always responded quickly and helpfully, and there were also tips on restaurants or shopping via WA. The property is fantastic with many herbs and olive trees. Unfortunately, at the time we were there (late May) there was a pretty caterpillar plague, especially on the oak at the beginning of the property, which inevitably limited the baby's crawling radius. The apartment itself has everything you need, although the coffee machine was unfortunately defective - but a replacement would have been organized if necessary ☺️ Only the parking situation is a bit difficult, as some have already written. In any case, we would like to come back, then maybe at a different time of the year😊

The stay at Dragana's was very nice. She and her husband are great, very friendly hosts. Your apartment is quite small, but you have everything you need. The view from the terrace is very nice, as well as the path to the sea behind the house. The surroundings are also beautiful and the promenade is very close by. The airport is nearby, but we only heard one fly on our walk. It may be because we were visiting outside the session. We definitely enjoyed it there.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We had two wonderful weeks with our children. Great location, everything is within walking distance (yes, you have to go down a few stairs to the beach, but the view is simply magnificent ;). Senj is not overcrowded and the water is crystal clear. From the terrace you could look at the sea for hours. Simply beautiful!!

fantastic accommodation in all its completeness, clean and tidy, complete with everything you might need, very nice and friendly hosts as well as available for any need, discreet in the fact of not monitoring their guests. In short, highly recommended as a location for holidays, very inclined for a possible summer experience in the future, thanks for everything.

We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay in the mini cottage of Dragica. The kitchen was well equipped, there were drinks for us in the fridge and everything was very clean and tidy. It was also fantastically quiet. As an activity in the area, we can recommend Velebit National Park. Information material was also available in the accommodation. We can 100% recommend the mini house!

Top place, will be back again!

Sanjin's house is quietly located below the coastal road. From there, many destinations are within easy reach. The house is very well and lovingly furnished, from the terrace you have a fantastic view. Communication with Sanjin was quick and easy. We were greeted by many cats, some quite persistent with their demands for food, which was also available. We like cats and were happy about them. We would love to come back any time!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

We really enjoyed our first vacation as a family of four in the accommodation! The rooms were all very clean and the beds cozy. Everyone slept very well. The location is just a dream (with a close sea view). It was always available to us and we always got great recommendations. Any time!

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Wonderful stay! Flat is quite small, but well equpiped and biggest advantage is little terrace with a beautiful view. The yard and surroundings are nicely maintained and the hosts add a special charm :)
