This apartments is self-contained, consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, wheelchair access bathroom, spacious lounge/diner with sofa bed, french TV (TNT) + U.K. Sky TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, condiments and all basic needs. There is a communal roof terrace, overlooking the countryside with outside seating + shared swimming pool with sun terrace.

A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Water 🛶 activities (paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boating, etc.), supervised swimming in summer 🥾 hikes from the house Horseback 🐎 rides Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away. 10 min from Rochechouart, Vayres and St-Mathieu. Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.
