Beautiful apartment, the location was perfect, just a 15 min walk from the inner city and near a nice park to chill in. We really enjoyed our stay here and it contributed to our great time in Graz. Davide was a wonderful host and would recommend him highly to anyone☺️.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Dragica was incredibly welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Everything was great. We stayed as a family for one night. We were met, given recommendations on interesting places, they were kind. The apartment is clean, everything matches the photos, it was comfortable, the bathroom needs a little renovation, but it is exactly as in the photos and it works perfectly. The apartment has everything you need. It was nice to spend time on a small, cozy balcony. There is an elevator, free parking near the house. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see Maribor, because we only had the evening and we were very tired after a long journey, so I don't know how far the city center is from the apartment and how easy it is to get there. But we liked everything about the apartment and the host. We will definitely book this apartment again if we are in Maribor.

Overall, this was a great apartment, close to the heart of Varazdin. There was ample street parking nearby. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Good value for the money!

The flat is perfect! Cozy, very quiet and with everything needed. I felt very comfortable I found the distance by car to the castle school in St. Georgen to be good. I'd love to come back.

We had an overnight stay in Maribor on the way south and booked Marijas place for a night. The apartment is at a great location! Right by the river and short walk to the old town. Easy to find parking around. Easy access to the apartment with all the amenities.

We had a good time & enjoyed the sauna very much. Everything uncomplicated and also great for dogs :-)

Pavlína was a great host, the apartment was spacious and clean. The windows were not very tight, so you could hear the noise from the street, but we managed it for two nights. The kitchen was well equipped and the balcony had a beautiful view of Pohorje☺️.

This place is absolutely amazing - felt like at home straight from the first minute. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, there was even some food (rice, musli, salt/pepper, etc), which was very helpful as I have arrived on Saturday evening when all grocery stores were closed already. The apartment is super cozy - candles, soft lights, high quality speaker for music, so it was excellent to relax in the evenings. Robin was always there to help (there was a problem with the internet at some day due to the thunderstorm, but it was easily resolved with the help of the host). The only thing to mention is the temperature - it is quite hot in the apartment as it is on the last floor and gets heated easily. There is no big air conditioner to cool the entire place, only a portative one which helps to cool the bedroom before going to sleep, but it is too loud to have it on during the night.

Ideal apartment to relax, in a quiet location. Upon entering, we were pleasantly surprised by the cookies on the table and a gift from the host, and we were all greeted by clean and tidy and felt at home. Before that, the hosts sent us detailed instructions about the location and information about using the wellness, they were quick to respond to all messages. We recommend visiting the old town of Đurđevac for a weekend visit to the old town of Đurđevac and to undercut camels and goats in Croatia in the Sahara, and then simply the whole Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning in this apartment make sure there is no one concern in the world :) The hosts have ingeniously remembered to fit the pool table into the whole story, so there is no shortage of extra fun. Compliments!

We spent two nights in this lovely place, really wonderful. We arrived late due to traffic, but despite it being 1:00 a.m. the check-in was simple and hassle-free thanks to the host's cooperation. The apartment is clean with two large double bedrooms, equipped with everything you need. The area is not only very quiet, but it is beautiful, in hills of meadows and vineyards... really beautiful. The only thing I would like to point out to those who want to discover this place is to be careful with Google Maps, which could recommend a wrong route on a dirt road, right in the last km. If you see the asphalt end, choose another route that will take you without problems to this charming house.

Great apartment, we were there for the second time and would be happy to come back!
