We can describe that this is the perfect beach house, facing the very calm sea in the morning, on a beach that is practically deserted, large and integrated common spaces, swimming pool, garage for up to 5 cars, 3 bedrooms with a balcony to the sea. The house is on the main avenue, 3 minutes from an environment with several foodtrucks, restaurants, shops and live music. For those who like it more hectic, 30 minutes from Praia brava, 40 minutes from Balneário Camboriú and 1 hour from Florianópolis.

Localizada 40m do mar. Casa de tijolinhos à vista e cheia de personalidade! Com 3 quartos, 1 deles sendo suíte master, com ampla sacada e vista para o mar. Churrasqueira na area externa. Redes nas varandas externas da casa complementam o clima praiano! Lareira na sala de televisão. Colchões novos, comprados em 2023. Cozinha completa! Wifi incluso. Hospeda até 10 pessoas confortavelmente. Instruções com os cuidados da casa estarão descritos em uma folha na sua chegada! Espero poder servi-los!
