Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia de Barra de Tabatinga

We had a great stay!! The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is great, with several cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the condominium. And it's very close to the wonderful Cotovelo beach. The leisure area is amazing. With several swimming pools, sports courts, playground, game room and fitness center. We really enjoyed it!

Great location, the beach in front is very good for bathing and eating. Cozy hotel structure, easy access, leisure options for adults and children. Apartment as advertised, cozy too, basic and essential utensils available, hot water, electric shower, spacious. At night the surroundings are not very busy, but during the day it is very centralized, close to several tourist spots, including the beach in front that is beautiful and great for bathing and eating. The hotel's leisure area offers a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, super quiet and clean. I forgot a bag in the parking lot and everyone's return was super quick in locating and caring for it, leaving everything stored until someone I trust could pick it up.

Ladijane's apartment is impeccable, with a full kitchen, with all the utensils you need to cook from scrambled eggs to Wellington steak lol! The beach is beautiful, super calm, few people and the best thing is that all this is 10 minutes from Natal, where you can find restaurants for elaborate dinners, drinks and others. The condominium is super organized, well-equipped, quiet, the pool is beautiful.

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. Spectacular! The house is as described by Monica and above all things very close to everything. This aspect was important because it was my first time in Pipa and it is just like that. You are a 5-minute walk from praia do centro, 15 de Praia do amor and you have the main avenue (Av dos golfinhos) very close by. Even already staying you can go through the hallway leading to Rua do Ceu (Beco du Ceu) and you are closer to everything still. The house has everything there is nothing missing and has so much nature that to go to rest and disconnect is ideal apart from the privacy there is. I definitely recommend 100% and on an upcoming trip to Pipa I would return to this house without hesitation. Monica the host is always attentive to everything you need a genius!

I really enjoyed my experience! The house is very beautiful, with nature in you, everything very well organized and with beautiful decorations. It offers plenty of privacy and is close by car to the center of Pipa. I felt right at home! I recommend it and would come back!

André's house is on a private property with a small path through the forest that leads to Madeiro Beach... the environment is quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely after a day at the beach. André gave us lots of very helpful tips and was very responsive! The house is superbly well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Pipa! Thanks André!

The house is excellent. It is new and has all the necessary structure. It has a water filter, washing machine, silent air conditioning, beach chair, barbecue and the pool is shared with 2 other houses. Super recommend and would definitely come back.

The apartment is Excellent! We loved our time staying at Carmen's apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walked. In addition, Carmen was so careful that she even left some treats for us, like beer and cold cuts. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we needed something, Carmen responded promptly. If we return to Natal, we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything by walk! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

The accommodation is a nice place to stay with a kitchenette, hot shower and soft bed. You are quickly at all restaurants, the beach is close and you can go to the swimming pool. In addition, Daniel is super helpful and always responds quickly to questions! We even decided to extend our stay.
