This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Overall rating: 10/10. Everything was great. A beautiful, clean, and bright apartment with a good air conditioner, spacious kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The host is a very pleasant person who respects your personal space — something I really appreciate. For digital nomads: the internet wasn’t great at the time of arrival, but I’m sure the host will improve it soon. There are plenty of spots in the apartment where you can comfortably sit and work.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice stay. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the host was very kind and helpful—especially when we needed a baby bed at short notice. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s in a quiet spot with a lovely sea view, and still close enough to the center to get around easily. While the apartment may not quite match a high-end luxury feel, it offers a pleasant and practical base, made even better by the host’s thoughtful support.

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

The apartment is completely as in the photos, very stylish and cozy. But it's very small, comfortable for one person, as even the bed is closer to a 1.5-bed. There is heating, the apartment is warm. High-quality, and most importantly clean dishes (which is rare in rented accommodation), everything you need for cooking was there. I didn't like the old and worn towels, and that in many cabinets there were some boxes and incomprehensible things. I also want to note the location, it is the center of the city and everything is nearby, very convenient. Landlords responded quickly to all requests and answered all questions. Thank you.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Great apartment with a wonderful view to the sea. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

The location is excellent, the flat is clean, David brought / took to the airport, attentive, always in touch.Really thankful to have the opportunity to stay there during our trip.

Stunning view apartment, in the morning you can drink coffee on the balcony and watch the sun rise from behind the mountains. New building, but I didn't hear the construction noise in 2 days there. Very helpful and caring hosts who were worried, no matter how lost I was at night (at least it was more difficult to find an apartment). Well, the hot tub on the balcony, of course, is something worth trying at least once in a lifetime: lying in foam, feeling like you are blown by a light sea breeze and looking at the night city from a height.... unforgettable!
