Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

During the expansion, care was taken to preserve much of the original charm. The rooms were airily separated and built with lots of wood and the old brick floor was preserved. The apartment is in the former barn building. The terrace borders the old orchard where 3 mini sheep also graze.
