Esperienza fantastica! Il check-in e il check-out sono stati facilissimi, con orari super flessibili che ci hanno permesso di organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. L'alloggio corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto: tutto pulito, accogliente e con una piscina stupenda che abbiamo adorato. La zona era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento speciale al padre di Elvis, una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo per famiglie e/o gruppi di amici!

5 stars is not enough, this stay was a 10! Marin is a wonderful host, so accommodating, he helped in any way. He took part in the surprise of my sister coming to visit after years apart and it was SO SPECIAL! He left pool toys for the kids, also seemed like he bought a highchair and crib for our baby they were so new and clean! He left a bottle of wine for birthday celebrations. Just an incredible host who cares about his guests. The home itself was so clean, equipped with everything you may need. Marin always responded quickly with suggestions, reservations, any questions. This was the best air bnb stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed at Irena’s place for one night during our road trip and it was a very good experience. It was easy to communicate with Irena and we received all the information we needed. The checkin/checkout arrangement was swift. The house is in the backyard of the owners’ house, but is completely private. There is everything to make one’s stay comfortable, equipped kitchen, coffee, wifi and even some fruit and beverages. The location is nice as a base to explore nearby attractions and has a great family owned restaurant next door. Would recommend it for a local experience.

Jasné, tu je návrh hodnotenia pre váš pobyt v Chorvátsku: --- Náš pobyt vo Vinjerac bol absolútne úžasný! Dom bol presne taký, ako sme si predstavovali, a dokonca ešte lepší. Mali sme ho celý pre seba, čo nám poskytlo maximálne súkromie a pohodlie. Poloha domu je ideálna – blízko krásneho čistého mora a zároveň s ľahkým prístupom k okolitej prírode a turistickým atrakciám. Dom bol čistý, priestranný a veľmi dobre vybavený. Veľmi sme ocenili klimatizáciu, ktorá nás počas horúcich dní udržiavala v príjemnej teplote. Výhľad z terasy bol ohromujúci, a každý večer sme si užívali západy slnka. Hostitelia boli veľmi milí, pohostinní a vždy k dispozícii, keď sme potrebovali radu alebo pomoc. Ich komunikácia bola rýchla a efektívna, čo nám veľmi uľahčilo celý pobyt. Určite odporúčame tento dom pre každého, kto hľadá tichý a pohodový pobyt v Chorvátsku s nádherným výhľadom a všetkým, čo je potrebné pre relaxačnú dovolenku. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime!

Wir wurden unfassbar herzlich und offen empfangen, und uns wurde alles perfekt erklärt. Bei Fragen hatten wir jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner, dieser wohnt auch direkt im Haus nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten am Flughafen, am Meer oder in der Altstadt. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause und hatten die Zeit unseres Lebens. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder. 100% empfehlenswert !! 😊

Très belle maison, avec une terrasse et une piscine incroyable. Possibilité de faire du tennis de table, du basket et du badminton avec le matériel sur place. La maison est bien isolée et calme, une voiture est essentielle (supérette à 2min, Zadar a 20min, plage 15-25min). La maison est séparée entre le rez-de-chaussée et l'étage (3 chambres au RDC et 2 à l'étage) chacun avec sa cuisine et sa salle de bain. Petit bémol, aucune grande table intérieure pour plus que 6. A l'extérieure une grande table pour 10. Nous conseillons les lacs de Plitvice, la parc national de Paklenica et le Canoë sur le Zrmanja en activité à ne pas louper. Merci à Marta et à sa maman de nous avoir reçu.

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The host was fantastic and very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and small beaches. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that it’s close to the main road, which can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach TOP. Sehr sauber, sehr großzügig, riesengroßer Balkon/Terasse, sehr ruhige Lage, privater Parkplatz, Ausstattung, alles was man braucht, Bäcker, kl. Marktplatz in der Nähe, zu Fuss ist das Zentrum von Zadar erreichbar. Ivan ist ein sehr guter und trotzdem zurückhaltender Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen 🫶

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön gestaltet, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet,was man benötigt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum mit eigenem Grillbereich, Sonnenliegen und Außendusche. Auch der gesamte Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Hier haben Groß und Klein Ihren Spaß. Die Vermieterin Anna und ihr Mann wohnen im selben Haus und sind bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit per Nachricht oder persönlich ansprechbar. Auch eine defekte Glühbirne wurde ruckzuck ausgetauscht. Der Ort Seline selbst ist überschaubar und vom Haus ist man in 10 min am Strand. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants,einen kleinen Supermarkt und Stände mit Souvenirs, Obst/Gemüse/Brot und allem, was man für den Strand so brauchen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung!

Valentina ist ein super Host! Sie hat auf alle Anliegen stets direkt geantwortet, Auskunft gegeben und sich nach uns erkundigt. Wirklich super lieb und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und liegt wie beschreiben 15min vom Wasser entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt wären es 40 min zu Fuß, mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Für uns war das genau perfekt! Es waren ein paar fremde Haare im Bad und auf dem Sofa. Abgesehen davon war die Unterkunft sauber und mit dem notwenigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Es wurde Strand Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt, wovon wir positiv überrascht waren. Das Airbnb ist recht dunkel aufgrund der ebenerdigen Lage und der Nachbarhäuser. Uns hat das nicht gestört und im Sommer ist es bestimmt angenehm kühl. Uns hat es gut gefallen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vor allem ist der Kontakt mit Valentina sehr freundlich und einfach!

Denis wir danken dir dass du uns viele Informationen über den Ort gegeben hast. Zum Beispiel über die Feiertage die uns in Urlaub erwischt haben, und du hast uns geholfen wo die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu finden sind, hoffentlich bis ein baldiges Wiedersehen.
