This modern apartment is located directly on the seafront. From the living room you can enjoy the romantic sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a soundproof window and a shutter for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The study is an excellent place for working. The old town offers charming narrow streets, historical monuments and restaurants. The harbour and beaches are a few minutes walk away, the airport is 10 km away.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Cala Vento House is the perfect home for families with children. It is on the ground floor and has two outdoor verandas arranged side by side. Both enjoy good privacy and offer a great view of the children's area. The larger one, with natural jute cover, is equipped with a bamboo sofa and garden views. The other has a table where bread was once made. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a three-seater bunk bed.
