Spacious, peaceful studio apartment with pool

The apartment is situated in beautiful countryside, surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, approximately half way between Paphos and Polis. Although conveniently located just off the B7, it is quiet and secluded. With a private entrance, the one large room (26 sq m, NO KITCHEN) contains a king-sized bed, sofa (convertible into a double sofa bed) and plenty of drawer space. The large, luxurious, en-suite bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower.

Pomos Idol Exceptional Beach Villa

This place was zero faff. It was modern, deceptively spacious, clean, uncluttered, and just easy to live in. Each of the three bedrooms was en suite. Everything was new and worked. The pool was perfect for kids. It was in the sun all day and our 4 year old could stand up in the shallow end - not that that mattered for long as both he and his 2-year-old sister's swimming came on leaps and bounds! An empty beach was just 5 minutes' walk away, which was lovely to swim at - and safe too. The trails in the hills behind the house are worth exploring - there is a wealth of nature (deer, snakes, frogs, birds etc.). It was one of my favourite places to do early morning runs with lovely views all along the north coast. We also drove over to Northern Cyprus from here - it is about an hour around mountain switchbacks before you get to the border and pay the insurance upgrade (don't get there at 7:30am like we did as the office doesn't open till 8:30/9). In summary: loads to do around here too.

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days in the Kochini Villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with stunning sea views, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire facility is inviting, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. Communication with Evridiki was always warm, professional and straightforward. Five stars are absolutely deserved, and we can fully recommend this place. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything, Evridiki! Luise and Henning

Lovely relaxing place to stay. Lovely view. Not overlooked. Lots of seating areas around the garden and villa so we could move about as the sun moved. Leo gave beautiful fresh lemons from the garden, which were delightful. Swimming pool just great. Leo came every two days to clean and check the pool.
