The ap is beautiful, everything impeccable. Complicated to enter from the primera, but then gets the hang of it. The location is excellent for those who want to know the German village.

Adri was spectacular because our booking was for the 2023 Oktoberfest that was canceled and she authorized us to transfer the reservation to the following year. The Mari who welcomed us on the spot is a friend and welcomed us very well. The place is the same in the pictures, very tasteful, very beautiful and clean. Tranquil neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean. Clarisse is super attentive and helpful.

Communication with Tamy is excellent. The apto is loalized very close to Via Verde, a very beautiful place for hiking, bars and restaurants. It has markets, pharmacy and bakeries nearby and a quick access to the city center. The apto was very clean and has everything you need to live in it. Very good bed, pillows and shower. Clean and smelling linen and bath.

The place was just like the pictures. The apartment has all the amenities necessary to spend a few days, this being very comfortable and functional. About the condominium itself, this is well located, but in a more reserved location. The way to access the same is well simplified and without major problems. The little store of the same well supplies any forgetments of everyday items. The building still has a small gym and swimming pool. Recommended for those looking for a comfortable and well located apartment.

The place is extremely well located and exactly as in the photos. Everything was very organized and clean. We had an unforeseen event that delayed the checkout and we were able to calmly resolve it with the owners. Indico is definitely located.

Gilton's loft is amazing!! Excellent location for the Vila Germânica and the region is also super served with several gastronomy options and super safe! The organization of the loft was impeccable and also with Gifts upon arrival! Mr. Gilton is super proactive in communication and makes you feel at ease during your stay! We liked the stay, everything was very clean and organized, I will definitely return to this place when I return to Blumenau.

My stay in this apartment was great! The internal distribution is very good, with rational use of the reduced space. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was clean! Matheus and his team are very kind. If possible, the check-in time was made more flexible at my request. I will return in the future.

I was with @mienitrips in this apartment and we loved it, it has covered parking, the location is excellent, next to the German village.

I felt very comfortable, and if it wasn't for the cell phone waking me up, I don't know what time I would wake up due to the silence of the place and the tranquility.

The place is charming, all wooded, quiet and beautiful, it is close to the center but it seems like another city, it is so nice. Everything is tidy, clean, the sheets are wonderful. Sônia was very friendly, always responded to my messages quickly and gave tips on how to get to the place more easily. Super dear and attentive. I highly recommend the place, regardless of the reason for the trip, the accommodation is a trip in itself. Really charming.
